You have the right idea for your work- texture is what needs to be added to your miniatures, as this is what gives them 'life'. Take your carrots, for example- they're easily identifiable as carrots, but they just look smooth. The tops (the green leafy part) is really hard to do, but by looking up pictures on the internet or in books you could see the different ways you could make it ^^
Your grapes, they all look pretty uniform in shape, but if you buy grapes in a bunch you can see that they're pretty much all different sizes. Purple/red grapes are easier to make with colour, because when you have, say, green grapes, some are more yellowy-green and some are green-yellow, if that makes sense.
And last, your orange. Oranges are a bit rounder, and mandarins look like your one here, with the dent.
Overall, it looks like you put a lot of effort into your work, and it looks nice c:
